It was for us a year of hard work related to the commencement of business activity of our joint-venture company in the Republic of Armenia. In such a short time we managed to establish a company, obtain authorisations necessary for the sale and transfer of technology, initiate the process of adapting the buildings for production, as well as the process of recruiting and training of the majority of staff, to agree the technical parameters and product prices with the Customer and to train the representatives of the Armed Forces of Armenia in the principles related to the equipment and appliances provided by us. There was a lot of work to do but it was finished successfully, i.e. with the first order in this year, as well as with a stable development of the company on the basis of the multiannual plan for purchasing our products which has been approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and which will be implemented from the year 2014, said Marcin Kubica, President of the Management Board of Lubawa S.A.

After reaching its full operational capability in the first quarter of 2014, the Company Lubawa Armenia will regularly manufacture and supply for the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia multispectral camouflage nets, as well as ballistic systems, pneumatic military mock-ups and tents.
