The products should be packed in the original packaging to ensure safe transport. Alternate packaging may be used, but it must provide adequate protection against damage during transport.

Properly protected and packed Products together with the repair/inspection/review printout (and warranty cards in the case of warranty repair) should be sent at Customer’s expense to the following address:

The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage or injury to products occurring during transport as a result of improper protection and packing of the shipped products.

The qualification of the Products for repair is carried out by the Manufacturer on the basis of documents sent and visual inspection of the products. The absence of the warranty card or other proof of purchase of the products voids the warranty rights.

In the event that the reported product defect does not exist or is not covered by the warranty or the Customer resigned from the repair, the Manufacturer reserves the right to charge the Customer the costs of the expert opinion together with the costs of return transport. Activities such as cleaning, maintenance, are not part of the Manufacturer's warranty obligations and may be performed by the Manufacturer only by payment.

Any disputes arising from the warranty shall be settled by a common court of law competent for the registered office of the Manufacturer.
