The purpose of the newly founded Cluster is to develop the infrastructure and knowledge, and share the experiences between the Cluster participants to improve the solutions and jointly implement the latest techniques in the area of rescue operations, safety, protection of persons, property and the environment.

The Cluster has been established as a result of the concern of the companies operating in this area, the cooperation to harness the bilateral potential, the implementation of innovative research, as well as the cooperation with the universities and R&D facilities.

The newly formed Cluster will be coordinated by Nowe Technologie company. Its agenda includes tasks such as creating a cooperation platform for the Cluster participants allowing joint implementation of projects, the establishment of training and/or laboratory units, organisation of highly specialized training and organisation of thematic test sites. In the future, the Cluster will foster innovation and new technologies in the area of rescue operations, safety, protection of property, persons and the environment, as well as promote cooperation between the companies of the Cluster and R&D units and universities.
