Lubawa S.A., a company with over sixty years of tradition and experience, specialising in the production and distribution of technical clothing and individual equipment for public services, implements further innovative projects. The Company has undertaken to produce a vest that combines two characteristics of protection, i.e. against gunshot and stabbing with sharp-tipped objects. This will be the first vest on the market made in a unique technology that ensures maximum possible protection from attack, emphasises Marcin Kubica, President of the Management Board of Lubawa S.A. This project will be subsidised by the National Research and Development Centre and completed within 24 months. We are pleased that we can work together on this initiative with such a prestigious partner which is the Military University of Technology, adds Marcin Kubica. The end result of this cooperation will be targeted to the widely understood uniformed services, in particular: the Police, Border Guard and the prison service where the officers are most often exposed to the attack with firearms and sharp-tipped objects.
