During the Thursday's conference in Warsaw, Lubawa S.A. was awarded the National Security Leader for the Litex 580 RIB-type boat. The conference in Warsaw, where the award ceremony was held, featured an exhibition illustrating the products and services of the defence sector and the arms industry. The subject matter of the conference was the analysis of risks, armament programs and Polish overseas military missions. The competition was participated by companies manufacturing equipment for services from the area of collective security. Lubawa S.A. submitted to the competition its three products: winter camouflage providing 95% camouflage efficiency, designed and adapted to the requirements of the Ministry of Defence; NS 2012 sleeping tent designed for use in all weather conditions, with a fast time of deployment and comfortably furnished interior; and 8 seater boat RIB Litex 580 with an innovative hull shape, versatile, and task-oriented use. Hypalon 1670 – a high-tech material with enhanced durability – has been used for the production of boats.
The competition's jury including Professor Mirosław Chaberek, Ph.D., General Roman Klecha, General Julian Maj, General Andrzej Wiśniewski, and Lech Wozniak Lieutenant, Reserve, evaluated all submitted products in terms of quality of performance, usability, innovation and applied technology.
The winning boat will be presented at the coming EDURA Fair in Kielce.
