Lubawa S.A., a company with over sixty years of tradition, specialising in the production and distribution of technical clothing and individual equipment for public services, executes subsequent agreements.

By the end of November 2013, the Company will provide 27,000 mountain infantry backpacks to the Military Unit No. 4226 in Warsaw. The backpacks will be made of polyester fabric printed with “leopard” overprint and waterproof finishing. The set includes also a second, smaller one-day backpack. Using a number of unique technical solutions, it provides wear comfort and durability, thus perfectly meets the requirements of the battlefield.

We are constantly expanding our product competencies and internal synergies between the companies belonging to the Lubawa Group, says Marcin Kubica, President of the Management Board of Lubawa S.A. As he points out, the backpack is the result of cooperation of two entities: Lubawa S.A. and Miranda Sp. z o.o. which will produce the surface fabric used for the backpacks manufacture. Thanks to the unique remission characteristics of the material, the product will also be invisible in the infrared. This is another product in the product range of the Lubawa Group which perfectly fits the offer dedicated to the individual customer. We are proud of the results of work on the implementation of the Group's development strategy that results in more orders for such significant amounts of equipment supply, adds Marcin Kubica.

The product is intended for a military user. It is manufactured in compliance with the technical specifications of the Ministry of Defence, Armament Policy Department of the Military Research and Development Centre of the Uniformed Services.
