A series of presentations related to the widely understood issue of military engineering, participating in the defence of the country, peacekeeping and stabilisation missions, and the fight against terrorism, was presented on 24 and 25 April during the IX Scientific and Technical Conference. The numerous speakers included also the President of Lubawa S.A., Marcin Kubica, who gave a speech on “Camouflage and decoy systems offered by the Lubawa Group”.

During the event, Lubawa S.A. and Miranda Sp. z o.o. presented the said camouflage systems and decoys. The camouflage systems prevent detection and identification of military facilities. They prevent against detection by naked eye from a distance of more than 1,000 m, and from night vision devices from more than 250 m. Camouflage nets and covers also effectively protect from thermal and radiolocation detection. Decoys are used to simulate actions to divert attention from the real objects. The Companies' offer includes, among others, BERBERYS camouflage nets, camouflage covers and decoys of military equipment. Numerous issues concerning the improvement of the military techniques have been raised during the meeting. The issues of military engineering development and the introduction of possible innovative changes have also been discussed.
