Lubawa S.A. Welconomy Forum in Toruń

Each year, the International Welconomy Forum brings together businessmen and representatives of state and local governments during meetings that have an influence on the future economic situation of Poland. This year, the Forum was held under the slogan “Integration and Cooperation – Innovation”.

The topics discussed during the Forum included issues from the areas of economics, politics and the society. The Forum was held on 2-3 March 2015 in Toruń at the Copernicus hotel. This year's 22nd edition of the Economic Forum abounded in important initiatives, new business contacts and implementation decisions that can cause a gradual economic development of Poland. Also the President of the Management Board of Lubawa S.A. Marcin Kubica delivered his lecture.

Among approximately 2 thousand guests there were politicians, scientists, experts, business people, entrepreneurs with high economic significance for the country, as well as media representatives. The Welconomy Forum was attended by, among others, the former Prime Minister and former head of the European Parliament Prof. Jerzy Buzek and the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences Prof. Michał Kleiber. In two days a few dozen discussion blocks took place.
