Lubawa S.A., a shareholder of Isabella PL

The beginning of 2014 saw the start of operation of Isabella PL, which produces high-quality vestibules for travel trailers. Currently, the entire production for Isabella A/S is planned to be carried out in Lubawa plant, which manufactures e.g. vestibules, tents and camping accessories. Shares in Isabella PL have been taken up by Danish company Isabella A/S, and Lubawa S.A.

At the end of 2013, completed was the transfer of a part of employees of Lubawa S.A., who to that time had been involved in production for the Danish recipient. The production process will take place in Lubawa, in a machinery park purchased by Isabella. The following have become the shareholders of the company: 51% Isabella A/S seated in Velje, Denmark; and 49% Lubawa S.A. The Management Board of Isabella PL include: on the part of the Danish company, Lars Bilde and Helle Lund; and on the part of the Polish company, Marcin Kubica.

Until the end of the previous year, only approx. a third of total production of Isabella A/S was located in the plant of Lubawa S.A. The remaining part of production was carried out in plants of other co-operators in Denmark, the Czech Republic and Poland. Currently, the entire production for Isabella A/S is performed in the newly created subsidiary of Lubawa S.A. Isabella PL will produce vestibules for travel trailers, semi-vestibules, roofs, sun-tents, and camping accessories, such as tables, beds, stools and beach mats. Isabella is distinguished by highest-quality materials, elaborate detail-work, quick and simple assembly and timeless design.
