GRYF PLATE CARRIER

GRYF PLATE CARRIER:

• The GRYF Plate Carrier is designed for Ground Forces units. It is used as soldiers' personal protection against fire arms projectiles and fragments.
• The vest features the PALS / MOLLE webbing system, which enables the user to adapt the vest to individual needs and the type of equipment used.
• The evacuation grip (on the back) facilitates the evacuation of an injured / unconscious person.
• The Quick Release system based on ROC buckles allows the user to get rid of the vest in an emergency.
• The ergonomics of use is guaranteed, among others, by adjusting the position of ballistic inserts and shoulder clamps.
• The vest is compatible with a waist belt and a removable modular Chest Rig.
• The main sheathing of the vest and additional equipment is made of high-strength polyester fabric*, while the layer closest to the user's body is made of an additional spacing mesh that allows air circulation under the vest, increasing the comfort of use.
• Due to high-quality materials the vest is designed for year-round use in all weather conditions. It ensures stable protection parameters in the temperature range from -40°C to +50°C.

Protection Zones:

The Plate Carrier type vest is designed to carry two Stand Alone ballistic plates with dimensions of 250 x 300 mm, and additionally it can be equipped with pockets for side plates with dimensions of 150 x 150 mm, mounted via the PALS / MOLLE system.

The Stand Alone type ballistic plate (front and rear) (independent plate, can be used without an additional ballistic / shock-absorbing insert) made from composite materials – monolithic ceramic layer, with a backing made of pressed ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). The panel is suitable for use in all seasons and climatic zones.
