Lubawa S.A. is looking for new markets for its products. That is why the company has participated in „Customs and Border 2009” fair addressed to the state divisions served so far by Lubawa S.A. only occasionally.
We try to get familiar with needs of Polish Border Guard and Customs Service and to adapt our offer to their requirements. Protection of eastern border of Poland, which now, after our country’s accession to Schengen zone, is also the external border of the European Union becomes a priority task for Polish customs and Border Guard’s officers. This tusk is supported by significant means provided by the European Union and Polish services being in charge develop and improve their skills and efficiency. They also evaluate the investments in equipment, effected up till now. They start to consider and take advantage of Polish suppliers’ offer to much bigger extent as before.
„Customs and Border 2009” fair was held in Warsaw on 30th September – 1st October, 2009. Lubawa S.A. shared the exhibition stand with W.L. Gore & Associates Polska company. It presented mainly ballistic protection and bulletproof vests. The initial market study showed that both customs’ and Border Guard’s officers need an additional equipment i.e. light internal bulletproof vests to be worn in hidden way within many hours as well as top-quality external bulletproof vests. Both of the a/m products make part of Lubawa S.A.’s offer.
