The MICH model was designed to replace the PASGT helmet. Its distinctive features that differ from its predecessor include reduced weight, higher undercutting at the edges and no peak at the front. Completed with a bullet-proof visor, the helmet forms full head protection against fragments and direct shots from 9mm and 44 magnum firearms.
