On 10-12 April 2013, Lubawa S.A. took part in the official visit of the Polish Government in Nigeria. During the visit, Poland was represented by the Prime Minister’s Office, with the Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, the State Agency for Foreign Investments, AGH University of Science and Technology, and 28 Polish companies with various business profiles.
During the visit to Nigeria, Mariusz Kremplewski, a representative of Lubawa S.A., participated in several meetings, including the Air Force Command, Deputy Chief Commanding Officer of the Police, and the Navy Command. The meetings were an opportunity to present a wide range of products and the LUBAWA Group itself.
Lubawa S.A. provided for the Nigerian police a tent base for 240 police officers. Its value is estimated at about USD 0.5 million, and the supply is of a test character. After the completion of formalities concerning clearance, Lubawa experts will go to Nigeria to provide logistics support to the equipment and training to police officers. After the transfer of the abovementioned tent base Lubawa S.A. will continue negotiations aimed at the conclusion of the subsequent contracts.
