Lightweight Flame-retardant Fragment-proof suit, resistance class acc. to PN-V-87000:2011 is worn on overgarment and/or TYP-3 chemical protective suit during regular daily service. The suit can be worn in all seasons, in any weather conditions, and ensures stable protective and usage parameters in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C. The suit is resistant to weather and environmental conditions, such as rain, snow, sunlight, high humidity, dusting, etc. It is resistant to human sweat.
General structure of the suit:

The suit is composed of a vest with attached sleeves, and trousers.

The suit vest has attached sleeves with three-stage length adjustment (after attaching the sleeves a jacket is formed).

Sleeves are finished with ribbing.

A system of 5 cm wide fluorescent and reflective bands on wrists and forearms.

The vest is fastened at the front with velcro (smooth adjustment and protection against accidental unfastening), equipped with resistant adjustable rubber pads on sides.

Front, shoulders, and back of the vest have MOLLE/PALS bands sewed in.

The vest has a rescue grip on the back at shoulder level (visible color).

The bottom of the back has in-built ‘comfort pads’ to protect the spine and back – the system alleviates the results of a fall or explosion. The system supports ventilation, improving thermal comfort for the user.

Sewed-in collar in the suit, with an option for attaching larynx protection cover.

Larynx protection cover does not limit the visor’s field of vision, even when the user leans down.

Vest girth on bottom edge is marked with 5 cm wide fluorescent and reflective bands.

The trousers are fastened in the waist, adjustable.

Suit legs have sewed-in rubber bands that improve comfort of use (kneeling, squatting). Vertical zipper bands in legs facilitate putting on and taking off the suit.

Suit leg bottoms have a system of 5 cm wide fluorescent and reflective bands.

Ballistic inserts in trousers are protected against shifting with sewed-in velcro bands.

The suit has pockets for inserting textile ballistic inserts in such a way, that the openings are located horizontally over the bottom edge of the vest, the top and bottom edge of trousers, the top edge of larynx protective cover. Pockets are closed with velcro bands, ensuring simple operation and preventing accidental opening during use.

The structure of the suit ensures easy operation by both left- and right-handed personnel. It also provides user comfort when kneeling or leaning down.

The suit can be worn over TYP-3 chemical protective suit.

The suit works together with cooling systems.

Textile ballistic inserts are sewed into a separate cover, preventing mechanical damage and protecting against humidity and sunlight.

The shape and dimensions of ballistic inserts used in the suit ensure their precise positioning inside the sheathing.

Suit sheathing is made of a fabric that allows easy maintenance with mild, commercially available detergents.

Suit elements are made of fabric with high mechanical resistance.

The materials are not hazardous to human health, they do not dye clothing or skin, do not cause allergies, do not cause skin scrape or clothing damage.

All openings in the suit for inserting or taking out ballistic.

Inserts are equipped with fasteners that prevent Inserts from falling out or shifting.

The suit sheathing retains non-deteriorated usage properties for a period of 36 months, from the date of delivering the suit to user.

Suit ballistic inserts retain constant protective parameters for a period of 7 years, from the date of delivering the suit to user.
