On 13 December, Lubawa S.A. signed a framework agreement with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) for a five-year term to supply flags with OSCE logotype and international flags, flaglets and pennants. A number of issues from the field of economy were considered at the Congress in Łódź. The event was organized by company Szybicki Sprzęt i Zabudowy Pojazdów Specjalistycznych, and by the Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Żary, and Voluntary State Fire Brigades in Wymiarki. The firefighters secured oil spills on water, as well as rims of the reservoir shores against flooding, for which the Lubawa S.A. equipment was used. The whole action was successful and according to the plan. The organizers gave a very high assessment to the usefulness and functionality of the barriers made by the Company.

Lubawa S.A. signed an agreement with two Hungarian companies – Buklin Techno Kft. and Új Kereskedőház, under which a production plant of the Capital Group is to be created in Hungary. ‘The equipment produced by Lubawa proved to be perfect during the June flood, therefore we made the decision to enter the Hungarian market. The meeting was attended by 23 ambassadors of African countries, Polish ambassador in Berlin, representatives of Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Defence.
