Lubawa S.A. during the XXVII International Defense Industry Exhibition
During this year's edition of the MSPO fair held on 03-06.09.2019 in Kielce, Lubawa S.A. once again had the opportunity to present its offer in the categories of individual and collective protection, as well as camouflage and signature management.
In the field of individual protection, a wide range of bulletproof and knifeproof vests dedicated to uniformed services and also intended for civilian use has been presented. Products dedicated to explosion protection (EOD) were also shown in the form of two suits: Olimpia and Lightweight Shard-resistant and flame-retardant Suit. Both overalls were designed and created with the safety and comfort of the user in mind. The category was supplemented with products from the EHS and Rescue group, such as Water Work Outfit, Single-Person Boat and Pneumatic Life Vest KR. During this edition of the MSPO at the stand of Lubawa S.A. guests could also get acquainted with another novelty, which is the Individual Camouflage Screen, developed in cooperation with the Military Institute of Engineering Technology. This innovative solution provides optical masking in as much as two different types of terrain - due to the two-sided print, as well as reduction of thermal radiation or masking against night vision systems. This product, submitted to the Defender competition, provides high comfort of use thanks to advanced finishes and technologies used in it.
In the category of collective protection, the mobile quick-assembly KT-Shelter M5, awarded in 2017 with the Defender award, was presented, which also served as the roofing of the Lubawa stand. Also shown was the Quick-Set Frame Tent NS-26 and the Pneumatic Tent NP-38 / M.
Also presented at the stand was a lightweight net protecting against RPG missiles and the well-known PPWS Tajfun-37 Patrol Backpack, which provides a greater range of arm movement, allowing for easier fold into the shot with both short and long weapons.
The camouflage and signature management offer was represented by the Rosomak Pneumatic Decoy, which mimics the actual equivalent of the vehicle in the visible, radiolocation and thermal range. An addition to the Lubawa company's offer in the camouflage category was the exhibition of masking nets manufactured by Miranda, which is part of the Lubawa Group.
An important event that accompanied the participation in the fair was the official signing by Miranda Spółka z o.o. and the Armament Inspectorate of the Ministry of National Defense, a long-term contract for the supply of mobile camouflage nets. Another important moment for Lubawa was the distinction with the Special Award of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology for the Best Armaments Exporter.
At the stand Lubawa S.A. had the pleasure of hosting, among others President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, Minister of National Defense Mariusz Blaszczak, Chief of General Staff of the Polish Army gen. Rajmund Andrzejczak, Chief of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister Michał Dworczyk and Professor Hubert Królikowski - Director of the Department of Defense Analyses at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
