On May 2, 1951, the Państwowe Wschodnie Zakłady Konfekcji Technicznej was estabilished to produce technical clothing for the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Affairs and the State Fire Service.

By the decision of the Minister of Light Industry, the created Wschodnie Zakłady became part of the enterprises associated in the Central Board of Technical Confection in Warsaw and adopted the name Lubawskie Zakłady Konfekcji Technicznej.

A new building of the Lubawskie Zakłady Konfekcji Technicznej plant was commissioned, the machinery park was modernized and new employess were hired.

The Minister of Privatisation has transformed the state-owned Lubawskie Zakłady Konfekcji Technicznej into a sole-shareholder company of the State Treasury under the name of Zakłady Konfekcji Technicznej “LUBAWA” Sp. z o.o.

ZKT “LUBAWA” S.A. was established; the company was registered by the District Court in Olsztyn.

Debut of ZKT “LUBAWA” S.A. on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Lubawa S.A. signed an agreement for the purchase of Milagro-Powlekarnia – a company coating textiles with adhesive rubber mixtures and manufacturing specialised technical clothing made of rubber fabrics.

Lubawa Capital Group, with the parent company Lubawa S.A., is established.

Signging an agreement with Danish company – Isabella A/S and founding the Isabella PL Sp. z o.o.

Lubawa S.A. is one of the founding members of the Cluster for Rescue, Safety and Civil and Environment Protection.

Lubawa Armenia company officially starts its business activity. The establishment of a subsidiary in the USA – Lubawa USA.

Signing of an understanding finishing the next stage of preparations for further cooperation with Ukroboronprom conglomerate.
