Basing on the Resolution No. 3/2009 dated 29th December, 2009 the Supervisory Board of LUBAWA S.A. appointed Mr. Przemysław Borgosz to execute President’s of the Management Board duties in LUBAWA S.A. company from 1st January, 2010 till 31st March, 2010.
